Tour de France 2007, how do you feel about it?

With all the events currently going on in the tour and new things evolving ever minute, how do you feel about this year’s tour?
Are the French to blame for the witch hunt on Rasmussen? (Similar to that of Lance Armstrong)
Is the doping agency correct even though their findings leaked to the press before the second test is confirmed?
How do you feel about all this?

I agree with all the answerers above me, the answers basically have the same message.

What I don’t get is Rasmussen’s oust from the Tour. If he failed to show up for tests before the Tour began, Why didn’t the testing agencies chase him? And if its not their responsibility to chase after riders who are suspected of doping, why the late action? Why wasn’t he reprimanded before the Tour began? It is a witch hunt IMO.

I’m saddened that this is happening. I hope nothing close to this crap occurs on the next Tour de France.

tour de france barcelona
How much money do I need for my study abroad trip in Europe?

Im going with our program at school. Our accomodations and travel for the entire trip is already payed for. I have a rail pass for my entire time over in Europe as well as Airfare, trips, tours, etc. Some of our meals are even included in a few places. How much spending money should I bring as far as food and drinking beer goes? I don’t plan on going on any shopping sprees, but I want to have a good time. We are traveling to—Utrecht, Netherlands–Prague, Czech Rep–Krakow, Poland–Budapest, Hungary,–Vienna, Austria–St. Jean de Luz, France–San Sebastian, Spain. After the trip ends me and some other students are staying in and around the Barcelona area on our own for a week without the originial program advantages. So we would need accomodations..What do you guys think? Im trying to do this cheap but reasonable.

Figure in $100 per night for a hotel, $10-15 per meal, $30 in taxi’s, $50-75 bar tab and another $500 for emergencies.
