By the time you get on one of those teams at Tour de France, there are team engineers to help you with your selection of equipment. So don’t worry.
In the mean time, if you want to know about fancy and expensive components, trends, etc. Try pick up one of those cycling magazines. With their product reviews and advertisement, I think you can get a pretty good idea what products are out there.
For the majority of us out there, cycling is an exercise, a hobby or a passion. We work around our budget and pick the one we like the best.

tour de france performance enhancing drugs

November 17th, 2010 admin No comments

tour de france performance enhancing drugs
So, did Lance Armstrong cheat and take performance-Enhancing drugs? Is that why he won so many Tour de France?

do all pro athletes, in every sport imaginable, cheat? It seems like it.

I will take Gubmint and Foremost to task.
1-We said the same thing about Landis – remember? And, he trained with Lance. And, Lance stood there and said the Europeans and cycling community were singling himself and Landis because they were Americans. Like Canseco – one of the cycling Bash Brothers has fallen.

2-Read up on Greg Lemond. He was the premier US cyclist from the mid 80’s to mid 90’s. He won the tour 3 times in 5 years. The second two times after being accidentally shot. He has adamently stood by the statement that Landis and Armstrong have been doping. Further, he points out that Lance Armstrong has worked with Doctor Michele Ferrari. The same doctor who admitted doping other cyclists champion cyclists in the mid 1980’s – 1990’s. After years of shinning the light on Landis and Armstrong, Landis has finally caved in. Sooner or later, Armstrong will next. Lemond is the true greatest American cyclist. He is the modern day Hank Aaron and Lance is Barry Bonds.

Armstrong Would Be Biggest Fraud of All

2010 tour de france rotterdam

Know Some Facts about Rotterdam

Rotterdam is the second largest city of Netherlands. It has one of the world’s busiest and largest ports. The port of Rotterdam is second largest port just behind Shanghai. The name Rotterdam derives from a dam in the Rotte River. The port of Rotterdam served as a major trade point for the East India Company during the 18th Century. The construction of Shipping Canal in around 1350 provided Holland greater access to the various parts of Europe. This made Rotterdam a local trans-shipment center between Holland, England and Germany.

After Second World War, the Holland made tremendous growth in the field of navigation and ship building. Rotterdam has always been one of the major centers of ship building for Holland. They become pioneers in reclaiming of land from sea i.e. making dams, powerhouses and anti flood systems on the sea. Daring and new styles of apartments, office buildings and recreation facilities resulted in a more livable city center with a new skyline. The development of Dutch as the business centre was pioneered by Kop van Zuid in early 1990’s. Rotterdam is the home of consumer giant Unilever, and the Mittal Steel Company.

The Grand Depart of the 2010 Tour De France will be hosted in Rotterdam. Rotterdam is a great metropolitan city that attracts people from all over the world and hence is a perfect place to host such events.
