I saw an ad in the latest bicycling for Carmichael Training Systems. It had a code where you could download a free podcast, like a 60-90 minute workout that had something to do with the Tour de France. I’d like to download the podcast, but I need the code. Best answer points to whoever can get it to me first!!!!
